The DexasMudBuster is a favorite on Amazon, and for good reason, with its patent-pending design. All it takes is a little bit of water to get your pet’s paws free of the mud and ready for house entry once again. Insert the muddy paw, do the twist, take the paw out and dry off with a towel. It’s that simple.

Dog Paw Cleaner Buyer’s Guide
As you can see, there are several different types of paw cleaners that you can use for your dog. Our buying guide reviews the best dog paw cleaners on the market so you can make the right choice for you and your furry friend.
Due to the wide variety of products out there for cleaning your pet’s paws, there are also a variety of materials used, depending on what style you go with. Many of the ‘scrub’ style ones are made with silicone bristles and/or brushes as this is gentle on your dog, won’t build up bacteria and is easy to clean. Most of the cloth style cleaners use either a microfiber, or cotton, depending on the style.
The only one that doesn’t have any ingredients is the Dirty Dog Doormat, while two of them only have water as an ingredient. Both the wipes and the waterless shampoo use natural ingredients that are safe and soothing even for dogs with the most sensitive skin. No matter which option you choose, you don’t have to worry about harsh chemicals coming in contact with you or your dog.
A couple of the cleaners claim to be portable, and good for travel. However, we didn’t really find the others to be non-portable or bad for travel. The Paw Plunger does have the handle which makes carrying it much easier with wet hands, but we think that goes for travel and being at home as well. Even the Dirty Dog Doormat states that it’s good for cars as well and we think that’s great for taking your pooch to the beach or on a hike.
