The Nebelung cat is a rare and newly produced cat that closely resembles the Russian Blue breed.
Nebelungs are famous for being well-mannered, gentle, affectionate, and playful.
It is one of the most loyal and loving cat breeds with beautiful physical and personality traits.

The newly produced cat breed, the Nebelungs, known as creatures of mist in the German language.
The beautiful name of this cat breed is metaphorized by its charming appearance.
In 1980, the origin of this breed started when a lady gifted a domestic short-haired cat to her son.
Later on, that cat mated with the Russian Blue cat, and as a result, a cute kitten was born with blue hair.
The family started breeding the cats to get the same appearance cat again.
The resulting genes were very similar to the Russian Blue cat but differed little bit.
In 1987, the International Cat Association recognized the Nebelung cat breed and separated it from the Russian Blue.
